Liverpool earned a dramatic win in the Merseyside derby at Hill Dickinson Stadium via the head of Van Dijk in the 100th minute.

Salah had earlier opened the scoring with a low strike in the first half, ahead of Beto’s leveller for the hosts after the half-time interval.
