The Spanish giants have the option to buy the on-loan 28-year-old permanently this summer for \u00a326m but financial circumstances mean they are reluctant to trigger it.<\/p>\n
Sky Sports News<\/em> has previously reported Man United have no intention to renegotiate the fee agreed.<\/p>\n Barcelona are therefore considering making another loan proposal when talks renew at the end of the season.<\/p>\n The Spanish club’s interest in signing Julian Alvarez from Atletico Madrid is also likely to be a factor in their squad planning.<\/p>\n Rashford is under contract at Old Trafford until the summer of 2028.<\/p>\n He has scored 12 goals and got 9 assists for the La Liga leaders this season.<\/p>\n Atletico Madrid manager Diego Simeone confirmed Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain and Arsenal’s interest in Alvarez, who has scored 48 goals in 104 games for Atletico Madrid since his \u00a382m move from Manchester City.<\/p>\n “I’m not inside Julian Alvarez’s head,” he said when asked about reports linking him with the Gunners.<\/p>\n “I understand it’s normal that an extraordinary player like Julian Alvarez is wanted by Arsenal, Paris Saint-Germain, Barcelona.
